Ok I'm at work trying to get the pulley off and it's seized on and we want to fine a way to get it off without having to cut it off

We have heater it soaked in in crc cleaned all teh rust leavered it and everything we can think of. It's on there hard

If you can, get a puller in behind the sprocket and push off of the crank snout. Otherwise cut it and then by a new one before you wreck the crank/oil pump.

i had this problem once before

i used a skinny crowbar on the back of the spocket and GENTLY levered it off , dont apply pressure on the one spot ie move the bar around and lever off DIFFERENT POINTS of the spocket

We got it. Had to bit the bullet and cut it off

We used a dye grinder with a cutting wheel and then cold chisel one hit with the chisel and it split and off it came

Now to get the key out. It's all rusted and siezed aswell

We needed to take both out to clean. So this didn't happen again

The front one the boss hit with the cutting wheel so we will order 2 new ones a new pulley and plates. So we will just get the one from kudos :P
