I am having difficulty sending out some CF items such as Cooling shrouds and such as they are quiet big,

Everything is wrapped up but i can't find a box for it - i might need to get custom \ pre made box ?

yolo mate. what i'd do is bubble wrap to a thickness of about 1inch, shouldnt be an issue then. you can do that for mine.

What ended up happening here?

easiest way for awkward items is to just bubble wrap them, find a box and cut it so you can pretty much just wrap it around the bubble wrapped part
