Intercooler Size Decisions

Hey guys got a 2000 stagea and not sure on the best sized cooler to go that will fit without cutting and preferably removing stone trays etc

What are the sizes being used here? And are the outlets each side? I'm thinking something like the xr6 with a return to run it back to the stock pipes

Pity they aren't wider Though as majority of the cooler will be hiding behind number plate, not sure how good that would be.
