Quick Release Boss Kits

Im looking for a quick release boss for my 33 track car.

Now theres a few around and slightly different styles etc.

Which are the better ones and safest to use?

Its not something I want to skimp on, dont want it coming off in my hands!

What do you use etc

also to change the series 2 wheel to say a Sparco wheel, you need the quick release plus another boss kit correct?

I use a NRG v3. I did need a boss kit as well.

Stupid question, but how much closer does it move the wheel to you?

HKB Boss kit.

it moves the wheel about 50mm closer to you. I do use a fixed back seat that has had the seat fixed to the floor to suit me with no adjustment.

Never had a problem with the NRG? Did you leave the button in it to press to release it?

no problems with it. i have left the button in it for peace of mind.

i always make sure that it is pushed on properly as i don't want any surprises on turn 1

Yer i must admit i was looking through youtube and saw 99% take them out, i honestly thought that was just plain stupid to remove it!

Anyone got any review or experience with the cheaper D1 Spec quick releases?
