HKS GT-SS Kit for GTR's Group Buy

This is firstly an EOI for a GB

** Serious buyers for this Group buy EOI starts TODAY and closes 13th June 2013. Think before adding your name in this thread, as it will become the GB thread if we get the numbers.

Group buy will run TODAY ~ Closing 13^th of June 2013.

Minimum order for this GB will be 5 kits.

Details of what the the GT-SS Kits contain are:

- 2 metal- type exhaust manifold gaskets
- All gaskets, bolts are included in kit
- Actuators included in kit

Cheapest RRP in Australia I could find is $3,410.00 AUD not including shipping, group buy price will be $3,000.00. That equates to a saving of at least $410.00 depending on where you buy them from.

~ The supplier will be JUN and kits will be sent direct to buyers from Japan.


Payment for kits will be to my bank account account. All details including my phone number, address and bank account details will be provided through PM once everyone interested is confirmed.

I am waiting on confirmation of delivery time on this at present and will update once I receive confirmation from JUN.

Last time I imported it was 5% import duty then 10% GST on top of that, making a $3000 purchase $3465 delivered.

No - It does not.

Import duty and GST are not calculated until the goods hit our shore in almost every case, and i highly doubt JUN JPN is going to be paying the duty under account like a Aussie Importer would.

So the landed price is not $3,000 at all.

Before starting a GB, ensure you actually know what the end cost is as this would've pretty much been $3,400 landed - So the price is actually no better at all for a set of Garrett -9 turbos.
