Rb20Det Ems Stinger Cold Start Issues

Hi all,

Recently purchased an r32 gts-t. Car has a few mods; vg30 turbo, external wastegate, 3inch exhaust, splitfire coilpacks, front mount intercooler stinger ecu. Anyway when the car's cold it takes quite a while to start (10 seconds or so) then chugs for a few seconds and then idles as normal. Starts easy when it's warm. Any ideas on the issue or somewhere to start looking?? Am unfamiliar with stinger ecu's and new to RB engines so any and all help appreciated.

Cold start maps probably need looking at. I'd suggest getting a EMS competent tuner to have a look..
