Hey guys,

I'm going to be doing a timing belt, water pump service soon and want to replace the radiator hoses at the same time.

What are people opinions on the use of Silicon hose kits? I noticed you can get the JJR ones for $49 for both hoses. Genuine sets will be around $105 odd. Is it better to use rubber? I also like the look/quality of the Samco stuff but it's hard to find in Black for the 34 GTT.

I'll also be putting in a Fenix Alloy Radiator and Genuine Thermostat while i'm there.

Cheers, Kurt.

Id probably just ge the standard ones.. its not bad for that price and you know the hoses are made to last and they are going to look stock...

If I was going to go aftermarket I would get the samco ones, pretty sure they have a triple layer re-enforcement (or what ever its called) to stop leaks over time..
