Are you using Nistune modified ECU, or burning ROM files that you edit with ROM Editor? Reason I ask is that it is very hard to get good results using ROM editor. You have to make some changes, burn a chip then try it out. Takes forever.

Nistune be tuned in real time on the dyno.

Also, with ROM Editor, it is harder to get the k factor and injector latency tuned correctly. In this modern age, I would abandon all attempts to tune with ROM editor and move to a Nistune.

Well, then to answer your question, not we cannot help you to set up the fuel and ignition maps. You need to work out the correct k value to suit your changed AFM and injectors (look at Nistune Tuning guide for instructions on how to do the calculations). Even then, the k value you calculate may not be quite correct. Fine adjustments to k and latency may be required to get it idling properly.

Then you need to set the mixtures in the fuel table. This is most easily done on the dyno in real time. With ROM editor this is not at all easy. Very difficult and painful.

Then you need to adjust the timing so it has as much advance in it as it will take without detonation. Then dial that timing back a couple of degrees everywhere - more on load. This is also very difficult if you have to burn then test then correct then burn then test then correct etc.

Mixtures need to be 14.7 at light load, transitioning down through 13:1 as it comes to boost then down to about 12:1 or a bit less when on boost.

Timing needs to be high at light load (like 40 degrees or perhaps a bit more) transitioning down towards very little (like 5) under load.

If it is pinging, add fuel and/or reduce timing at that point.

It's that simple. But it's not simple.

You need to tune the mixtures first. But you must make sure the timing is not too advanced before you start. You don't want it to ping itself to death on the first runs.

Then you need to go through and make sure the timing is right. Advance until you hear pinging (if you have decent equipment to hear it), then back off.

Then you should go back over the mixtures.

But really, this is a long enough process to get right one a dyno. It is terrible to do with burnt ROMs and road tuning.

what better to make a mix? 12, 11, 10.5?? at full load? Now a mixture of 10.5 to 1 bar boost

11.5 to 12:1 is fine as it's only 1 bar boost, running too rich you'll constantly be changing spark plugs.
