Hi guys, I've been getting high beamed by many people on the road with some saying that my lights are pointing too high up and need to be adjusted down more as my head lights are glaring people in the eye.

I have HID's but they are only the 4,700k ones I think so not super bright but just want to adjust my head lights to point down more. Does anyone know how to do this?

Some pictures and instructions would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Kevin

this is for the 34 but i'm fairly sure it's similar across ALL cars

look for those little cogs! note that headlights i think can be adjusted up/down, left/right but just have a play and you'll find out.

That's why they're flashing you. Having "4,700K" lights (colour of the light) has nothing to do with it's brightness. You can try pointing your headlights down as much as you can (so you don't see much ahead of you), but it'll still cause glare.

There are 8mm headed rods at the back of the headlight to adjust it. If it doesn't move, it's most likely either at end of thread (turn it the other way).
