1 the front needs some light. it's to dark.

2 the colours are off, try to make the white balance more natural looking and less yellowy.

3 i dont mind the iso noise if it helps tell the story, you would want to steetr clear of it if your presenting a super clean car or a gorgeous girl, but if your shooting a tough looking car in a back alley, or a rough looking subject the noise can actually add to the shot.

4 that filter effect is horrible man. it's good to play with it and see what you can or can't do though. not saying don't try stuff, just saying the end result of this experiment doesnt help tell your story or make your subject look better.

Cheers man, i've had a bit more of a play with the colour balance and I think im getting the hang of it. The lights i was shooting under didnt seem too bad in person, but its turned out really yellow in pretty much all the shots I took.

Do you have any suggestions on different filters to use to create background blur, or is it more a case of not bothering with it if you cant get it naturally?

Did you shoot in RAW?

Just adjust the white balance if you did.

Don't do artificial blur. ever

First go at a proper Panorama shot. It's not perfect but pretty happy with it. Worked out later on that the camera was level facing the direction I started shooting but as I turned it started to slant, but oh well lol. Gotta start somewhere (not sure how its going to come out in here

I was doing scenery shots, and the car was just parked in the right spot to include it

I have this one as well, but I didn't take enough time with it and focused the rocks not the car

Doens't look that out of focus but still noticable:

Couple of shots that didn't make the set. Car is featured in current Street Machine Hot Rods. One of Australia's iconic 'tuner' cars of years gone by. FJCoupe. It was built/modified in the 60's and been hiding in a garage for 40 years. Recently restored. Was a great little car

Really like the use of the lights there.

Used a single silver hard edge reflector. high left of camera.

The bathroom provided fill light as the light reflected off the walls >)

10-4, convert those mini shots to BW so the colours aren't killing them and you'll have some nice shots
