I think his question is, with the information hes been told, should he run a restrictor if the CHRA already has a restrictor built in which if there are two restrictors in place could choke the turbo of oil and if there is no restrictor in the CHRA then he could flood it with oil. I don't think rebuilding a turbo requires a change of the CHRA, usually bearings, wheels and shaft. If that is the case, continue using it as you were before.

We kind of knew that, but were trying to encourage the expression of ideas and questions in actual, readable English text.

And a HKS GT turbo has a BB core and therefore is not "rebuildable" and does in fact require a new CHRA.

You shouldn't tell people that!!!!

Actually, I apologise for accusing you of not being able to communicate in English properly. If you stand back and look at your original post, it looks like it was written by someone from the new Gen Z crowd who suffer from a near complete inability to communicate properly.

BUT.....if you look at it knowing that your first language is French, then it also makes sense why it doesn't read quite right. Again, my aplogies!
