300Zx Rotors To 370Z Rotors - Minimum Wheel Size?

Running 300zx rotors and calipers with S13 coil overs on my Bluebird.

However, I need to replace the rotors very soon and I'm keen to upgrade the rotor size too. I have seen caliper spacing kits that are available so I can use my 300zx calipers with 370z rotors but I am wondering if this would fit with a 17" wheel?

Any advice would be great.

I should just point you to lmgtfy.com but I'll be nice. The normal 370 brakes are ~320mm and so should fit in a 17" wheel. The sport brakes are never going to fit in no matter how much KY you apply.

The 370Z runs a 355x32mm front rotor; it's bloody huge (and heavy), and will struggle to fit under a 17".

It runs an almost identical disc offset to the R32 GTR, so if you can get the right bracket you might be able to sort it with a Sumitomo caliper.

But I suspect it will be tough to get the rotor deep enough into the caliper to get full pad contact.

Why don't a you just go to GTR 324mmx30mm discs.

Plenty of braking ability. Lots of options, and will fit under a 17 easy.

Adapters are available from gktech for hundred bucks.
