Got an r32 gtst about two months ago (imported under 15yr rule) and have been doing all the little jobs to get it on the road on weekends, spare time etc. Almost done, but had a leak from my master cylinder. Anyway, I replaced the seals in it so it doesn't leak anymore, but when i went to bleed the brakes, i can only get my pedal down about half way and then it stops. This doesn't occur when I'm bleeding the front brakes, only if I'm bleeding the back brakes, or if all the bleed valves are tightened.

If anyone has any ideas as to what the problem is, the help would be very much appreciated, because i'm stumped.

Cheers

If it only occurrs when you do the rears, and assuming the mc was reassembled corerectly, look for an obstruction in the rear circuit. There's only so many things this could be...
