Hi guys. I am doing a few more little cosmetic things to the under bonnet of my R33 S1 GTSt.

I have a clear cam cover and I noticed that all the electricals and stuff of the cam timing is going to ruin the look of it.

I was wondering how I go about putting in adjustable cam gears and removing the electric cam timing gear from the front of the motor??

Do I need to do something to the ECU as I will be removing the original cam timing set up??

I am doint the timing belt soon so i will do this while I have it all taken apart.

Your input and advice would be muchly appreciated.

Cheers,

Shaun 8-)

I thought a cam angle sensor is the same as a crank angle sensor. And i thought with out a crank angle sensor the ecu wont know when to make what spark plug spark.

I may be incorrect but thats my understanding
