hey guys i have just put a gtx 3582r and a geddy intake fmi and exhaust on my rb25 i cnt get it to stop idle hunting and running rich i have changed afm 02 sener tps gone over it for vak leak cnt find it im running a staned comp injecters and boost can anyone help thanks

Either your AAC valve is not installed correctly (electrical/plumbing wise) or you have a vacuum leak somewhere.

Is this a Freddy manifold? If so, do you know that it is straight enough?

Are you running a PFC?

are yes, but is that a metric or imperial amount

try running around the intake with a can of brake or contact cleaner, or the like, and see if idle changes and that will tell you if there is a leak

i am new to this site and i havnt realy looked for the posted i will try now thanks

and xklaba i tryed that with contact cleaner didnt change anything and yes it is a greddy plenum if the face was not flat on the head shoudlnt it leak water from the jacket

even then on 5 psi with this big turbo how would it make it run so rich and idle hunt i have put 3540 on non turbo rb30 and its runs fine.

soon i will be putting my injecters in and cams and comp but there no reason that i can think of why it wouldnt run.

been over it 100 times with water spray and contact spary doesnt change a thing i even pulled the intake off to make sure i have it all plumed up right couldnt fine anything. could a water temp sender do it. but then again it does it when its cold as well.
