18" Pdw Rims

Getting rid of these rims that came with the car, 18x8 unsure on the offset. No gutter rashes or buckles, rims are perfectly straight. Rims look exactly like this just no caps and black inserts, may have the caps laying somewhere, have to find it.

Off set is stamped on the back of wheel mate. Also are they 120 or 114.3?
