R33 Gtst Rear Wiper

Hey all, My r33 has has an issue with the rear wiper for a while now but i'm just getting around to it. The issue is when you turn it on it goes half way then stops but sometimes it works and gets a full turn and stops on the other side, but the next time it doesn't. Has anyone has this problem before, know of any fixes before i replace everything..?

pull apart the wiper motor, there should be contacts inside that determine it's location, they're probably dirty ot feked...

or just replace it with a 2nd hand one.. (I would, less dicking about)
