If you are under the bonnet as often as i am then maybe put the plates on the outside of the bonnet hinge... May not look as good but will retain the factory bonnet strength...

I noticed on the diagram they have it on the outside, and I notice NYTSKY had them on the inside. Wasn't sure what way to go and didn't want it protruding. Will re-arrange later. Cheers.

I had it on the inside as per the pic on the first page but now have a bent bonnet... This is not due to anything wrong with the struts, just caused a weak spot in the bonnet after being lifted so many times, for most people they wont have an issue :)
