I've been doing bootcamp over the last few weeks and more walking. Currently weighing 59kg, which was my weight for my powerlifting comp 2 and a half years ago. I think the loss is a bit of fat but also muscle. Bursitis is back in the left shoulder so hard to keep the heavy weights up unfortunately
