R34 Tow Ring/hook

Anyone know how to install them on a R34???
I cant find any mounting points for them at the front bumper, is there something you have to add yourself?

I'm going to try one on mine but the cooler is huge! Hoping to use an existing bolt hole maybe.

This Tow eye came free with my sparco steering wheel, so i was just trying to figure out how to mount em as ive never done one before but i cant find anywhere to mount em, they dont come standard with tow eye outlets?

Its a threaded one aswell, like i know with toyota 86 they already have a place you can screw them in, but i cant find any on my R34 so i was wondering how i can do it?

i dont believe the skyline has a screw in tow point unfortunately
