Turbo Identification

Have just taken delivery of a new Garrett turbo and want to triple check that I have been sent the right thing. First of all the turbine housing outlet is wrong (4 bolt not a v-band) which is annoying. Anyway any ideas how I can check that the turbine housing is at least the right A/R?

You guys seem to know your turbos so thought I'd ask - looking for something to tell me it's a 0.82 A/R!

Forgot to say it has 1679-5 stamped on the side of the inlet flange but that doesn't match with anything I can find on google.

how are we supposed to identify a turbo we cant see? what about the tag on the CHRA? pics mate pics if you cant find the part numbers.

I know what turbo it is it's the turbine housing a/r I want to know. Will get some pics up later.

again you will not know what AR it is from a pic, you need to pull the housing off and measure it

Yeah the only way you will know for sure what it is is to measure it
