Had a great weekend guys. thanks to all..

After the track fully dried they put me at the back of the pack so my third session was a waste. I then asked if I could be put out in front since my times were at least a second in front of the others in group G. So fourth session I did a 1:41.55

Brakes. Oil temp and crappy shocks are still issues to be addressed.

1:41.55 is very impressive mate.

But before you get over confident I just looked up the Maserati Day that was held there at the end of June. None of the big guns went (Ben, JFK, Crazy Tony or Tim - top 4 from Sandown last time out) but there were still 3 cars UNDER 1:30 (best was a 1:27) and a 1:41.55 I think would have got you 11th!

We've all still got a lot of work to do! LOL

Thats amazing...  I felt like I was going almost as fast as I could.

Using the other MSCA entrants as a gauge I was surprised you were getting the lap times you were out of your car.

You were driving well, and suspect that you were straight to within about 90% of what your car, as it stood on the day, has to offer. Going around and around and around another 50 times you may be able to get your times down to about 1:39, but you are still driving a relatively std GTR with cheater tyres... :D

A good comparison will be Snowie when het gets back on the track, id think he would give the WRX club record a fright, considering the times he was knocking out in the Scubie.

Still a best of 1:41 :usuck: , should have kept you running around with 50psi in the tyres :P
