They are definitely directional.

Well that sucks because I need the

3 Inch centre inlet

3 inch off centre outlet

But they don't make them.
Might talk to an exhaust place and see how hard it is to adjust

It's probably going to come to a choice between that one and a Flowmaster.

The flowmaster seems to have the lower thickness a difference of about 3cm more ground clearance
