Do GTR/ GTS-t S2 headlights fit a S1 r33

hey,

Do r33 GTR, GTS-T s2 headlights fit onto a s1 r33 gts-t? and for that matter do 4dr skyline headlights fit onto a s1 gtst?

short answer NO, due to different bonnet, front grille and side quarter panels (i think) due to different shape of the headlights. Well, at least for S2 lights....are GTR lights same as S2? Didn't think so...

thanks dave the reason i ask is becuase i have notice some headlights look different on the inside, like the colour is different some r sliver etc and i think that looks better

the 4dr r33 headlights will fit straight in, but to fit the s2 lights you need a s2 bonnet and grill (possibly front bar?? not sure)

The all silver lights are the 4 door ones they are straight swap for the (black inside) 2 door ones in the appropiate series. Series 1 and 2 are interchangable as far as screwing them in goes but bonnet and front bar lines will not match up. also the mount points for the grill are different......bin ther dun that!

Will R33 GTR lights fit a S1 R33 GTSt - yes possibly - ive heard someone here has done it.

Will R33 GTSt Series 2 lights fit a series 1 - not without changing the bonnet - (front bar and guards can stay)

Will R33 4 door S1 lights fit a series 1 coupe - Yes but the inside is silver/chrome and not black

Will R33 GTR lights fit a S1 R33 GTSt - yes, but gtr headlamps have a spacer at the rear of headlamp. on a gtr they stick out further, so the mounting spacer/stud needs to be swapped over, also gtr headlaps dont have the lower lugs to mount the grill on gtst.
