For cold running, have you tried pulling the yellow coolant temp plug off when it's hot? Does the idle increase? I would look at checking/cleaning the plug and replacing that sensor.

yeah i replaced that part but the placve i went to suggested a n14 one which shared the same part number.
when hot if i pull the plug it does increase the revs

in regards to your first problem just had same problem with

my r33 missing & breaking down under hard acceleration

found scorch marks on coils from shorting out

have taped coils up with good quality Nitto electrical tap

about 5 to 6 layers thick is temp fix until new coils arrive

but power returned straight away
