Seen this done before on some unusual builds, usually turbo diesel trucks. Ull need a flappy thing on top of the pipe to stop rain getting in and whatnot.

If its a track car than why not I say. Sure itll look rediculous but it sounds like thats the aim of it.

It wont be hard to make. Make pipe that faces up, cut hole. Simple haha
