I will also chip in :) How many cars to a pit? or to word it better, how many cars can fit in and around the pit garage?

If it is its the way to go as it costs the same and lasts a year.

Ive got a couple of old helmets, medium, dirtbike and roadbike, but its best to get your own NEW one that fits good.

They are real cheap these days.

Just a question. Do you need a full licence to race? I'm only on my ls and my dad was talking about seeing if his little fiestia ST would beat mine on a track haha

Shouldn't, just need to be older than 12, parents to sign off and some ability to drive. It's not a race, so you won't be racing.

Ok... rang them and he said:

Have to be over 16 to drive, under 18 you need an adult/guardian to sign for you. If mum or dad isnt coming, you could arrange one of us to sign, with their permission of course.

Your drivers licence doesnt matter.

You will need the AASA licence, you can get it on the day. Or if you already have cams level 2 speed thats ok.

One car per pit garage, so i dunno ill see how it goes, how much room in front and what the carports are like.

Hmm as Duncan(?) said the pits are mainly for the more race car type. It would be AWESOME to hire one out but if it only holds one car (Which I'm sure they will police) then maybe it's not worth trying to fit 4 cars in :P

awesome! yea im over 16. ill give my dad a call and ill let you know! I cant get my car down there if dads taking his car :(

Your Mother seems to enjoy the ride - take her in your car :)

Im sure we can work something out....4 weeks to find a driver to get your car there.

I can ride 2 bikes at the same time..... but not 2 cars...... arms arent long enough

    • It just depends if you're like me with a high level of OCD for doing something like hardlines, and highly critical of the little things, and then bugger all patience to get it how my brain pictures it
    • More than happy with the colour match Talking to the painter he recommended to give the top a few weeks for the paint to 100% cure prior to sealing it with the ceramic stuff Also, because why not..... I have a fancy pants Fluidampr harmonic balancer on order, the 2.5 engine uses the OEM 2.0 balancer off the old motor as the 2.5 balancer is a larger unit and doesn't fit clearance wise, which, because the two engines have different harmonics, isn't optimal, the OEM balancer does the job, but as the gear driven balancer in the bottom end is removed to fit a RWD application there is slightly more vibration, the Fluidampr helps with the harmonics that the gear driven balancer once took care of,  basically makes life easier on the oil pump and bearings when thrashing it around Hopefully the weather gets better soon because I'm keen for some cruising around, and currently, with the winds and storms we are getting, the amount of detritus being blown around from trees on the road isn't something I want to be driving around in
