Moving A Stripped Shell

hi guys

i have a stripped r33 shell that needs to be moved, it has nothing under the car no tank, subframes etc i need to move it with out damaging it, any ideas i have been told to fab up a frame out framing wood and to run it along the sills, any ideas??? should i make to run along the sills, chassis rails or some how to the subframe mounts

Would be easier to throw the subframe back into it by the sounds of it

Make frames from front and rear bumper mounts prob out of metal though and lift with forklift I think that's how I would do it if putting body on frame for painting and turning upside down etc
