R34 GT-t PFC will work on a plug and play basis but it will throw and engine checklight due to the lack of traction control. You need to supply 3.6 - 3.7v to pin 51 to clear the checklight. There is a thread on how to do this under "secret squirrel tweak" or somesuch.
