Invented my own guard roller. Made from junk.

Saw other ones are an adjustable arm on a plate. but more complicated than mine.

Need to finish coat, maybe yellow. May put a longer roller on if i find one.

It has adjustable angle, more than youd need both ways.

Also adjustable length, by 10mm increments, total 60mm, not much, but good for skylines.

Designed for one handed operation, cos you need a heatgun in the other.

I havent tried it yet, as the garage is occupied. I will update when i try it.

Looks pretty good, simple but effective.

What wheel did you use?

What about using a hard skateboard wheel?

Or something from a trolley jack? They are usually metal, but occasionally you can find them with metal inner and a plastic/pu coating

Wheel looks like its from some kind of garden tool, plastic.

Trolley jack wheel is what i originally thought would be best, nice and long.

The wheel ive got is about 40 50 mm. i need about 100mm. but small diameter. a roller.

If you see the pics of bought ones they have a nice roller...... like a trolley jack.

Or 2 skateboard wheels together.... hmmm
