Rb30 Rings

done a fair bit of searching and havent found anything.

am rebuildjng an rb30 to do a 25/30 and want to know if there are any good piston rings and standard size that will be good for 400hp 20psi or so. and were to get them. not nissan as there a 3-4 week wait.

What sized piston?

I have a set of CP rings (1.2mm/1.2mm) for an 86.5mm bore which is the first oversize.

standard pistons. standard size 86mm

youll probably find that there wont be any std size rings that would suit your power requirements

as soon as you go oversize it will open up your options

i have bought and used these from this company. they are in QLD.

$128 for a set of rings standard size, i tuned my rb30dett up to 420hp at the wheels without any issues on about 23psi boost.
