I have an 93 R33 Gtst with a shagged cluth.

Can some people give their first hand opinions of which clutches they have bought/used/recommend?

depends what you want to do with your car, normal driving = normal clutch. $350-$450 + installation

I was quoted $600+ for a daiken skyline clutch kit. Then i found out i could use a nissan patrol RB30 clutch. About 400lb heavier and only $300. Cant tell the difference myself except it tougher.

do you know the part number?

No sorry don't know the part NO. It was recomended and supplied to me by a clutch supplier a few streets along from moss st slacks creek. In the yellow pages. The patrol clutch is daiken also. Rated as a heavy duty. You could get the part No. from daiken in Brisbane if you needed it. I run 15 psi 2540 and have yet to hurt it in 18 months.

Just spoke with Gavin Woods AutoTech and they said they will do the exchange and the clutch is suitable, the reason which they do not like doing them is that the fulcum point is different and therefore takes more stuffing around trying to get it fitted, other than that he said the clutch is fine and suitable!
