I have had mine for 6 weeks now and I have had zero problems. So I would look for genuine k's, pics of the undercarriage for any rust and get a reputable import broker if you are going this way (Iron Chef...Awesome!!)

Also, if you are tall (over 6') do not get a sunroof!!!!

Agree with the above. The sunroof version is a bit tight if you are 6' . I think Dave is 6'2" . I had trouble getting into his car as well as two others that were similar.

Given these are 5-6 yrs old now I would watch the kms. Some are genuine low km versions like Daves but there are some that are on the high side as well. A good broker is an asset when buying this car.

Also buy it without the navigation package. (See FAQ)

Hi Guys - I was going to be a complete smart ar*e and write 'look out for a naked hot blonde chick in the passenger seat....probably wont be there....but look out for it nonetheless'......

....and then realised that someone was adding value with their commentary. So.....

For the terminally imbecilic amongst us (that would be me) - can someone explain how the sunroof model would be worse than the non-sunroof model? Having no appreciation of this....does this mean that the roof lining is actually lower, due to the bulk of the sunroof mechanism? Is it much of a difference between the two?

You'd think the japanese would orient themselves (no pun) towards export markets a little more - between the US (a major Infiniti importer), the UK, Aus, NZ and everywhere else where these may be sold, you'd think that they may appreciate that the rest of the world is not 5'4"!

roof heights differ majorly. no sunroof and I fit in the car. sun roof version I literally hit the roof unless I drop the seat to the bottom of its limit.

cheers chris - out of interest - does the same apply for the convertible (OK, I appreciate you can take the roof off.....sometimes)?

Never been in a Infiniti coupe can't comment. Didn't know the UK spec car was available here.
