"Xkalaba" has gone 290 kw with standard r32 GTR turbos, so I'd imagine 33's being capable of something similar.

However, just put a set of -7's/-9's on instead of trying to steel wheel/high flow/muck around with the standard units and call it a day.

They have the capability to f*ck your motor when they let go.

I believe 260kw puts them in the red, so either enjoy your GTR with its catback exhaust and pod filters or put your hand in your pocket (whichever way you decide to go).

I searched " rb26 stock turbo rebuild" and "gtr 33 stock turbos"

Amongst others so please #@GTSBoy what should I search for

Use other keywords like "limit" or "limits" or "maximum" or "ceiling". And then there is Google. You can specify which site you want to search on (including these forums) and do your search with Google, which is usually much more powerful than the built in site search on any forum (I almost never trust the search on any forum to find what I want).

Surely you must realise that this forum has been operation for a very long time. So there is no way on god's green earth that you are the first to ask these questions. On that basis, there MUST be threads out there with exactly the questions you ask and the answers you want.

As a pair, the standard turbos are capable of spinning up 12psi of pressurised air into the inlet manifold without disintegrating.

There is a an RB26 dyno thread, maybe look through that for rough ideas. R34 N1 (Garrett -7) would be a "steel wheeled" equivalent.
