Yeah the full race manifolds are porn. Fecking exxy though especially if you end up getting them coated etc. I saw this one the other day which looks pretty good. Local, twin gate set up already coated etc and much cheaper.

The mass produced design, materials and a couple of hours to tig it in a jig is not very good justification for those ridiculous prices. Just my 2 cents.

Bobby in "r34 build" thread had one done from scratch as a 1 off designed and hand built by John Skola for 12k.

Ouch yes. The guy that built it is Dick Johson's engineer/ fabricator from the Ford Sierra Cosworth days. That thread is a great read it also says the only other manifold he thought was marginally sensible was the 6boost.

I am pretty sure the build thread has a video showing him hydraulically forming the merge collector - very cool and dangerous.

it was the dump pipe. The merge collected was a billet item, same as the above manifold.
