Mugabetown - Whoretownin' At It's Worst.

Recommended Posts

I had about 2-3 hours sleep... I can never sleep during the day :(

That sucks, I never sleep properly at night lol so that's probably why I was so awake all night then died in the morning...

Went to bed at about 8pm that night though and slept like a log!

I wish, that night I was still like sooo... What is the meaning of life... Oooh a castle...

Keen.

Ok, then it's happening... Don't know what... But something!

Good knob... have one in the wedge and the pinny. Half tempted to get one for the navlux too

Only if you get one for the little gear lever too!

Oh wait, Navaras have that new push button 4x4 gheyness don't they?

Yes, because it's so ghey to be able to switch to 4WD/4LO with the convenience of a switch...

Just wait until you spend 10 minutes driving backwards and forwards waiting for the Lo to disengage!

Sadly the second gearstick is a thing of the past, so this is not a knock on Navara specifically!

Though I will say the only one that has bailed me up repeatedly is the Navara that i was using up in Gladstone, F*cking French :P the D max does it relatively often too but doesn't seem to take as long.

I tried that previously wasn't as amazing as people said it was for me. Mind you I used to drink 6-8+ large redbulls a day before I had to stop because I was addicted to them and got angry when I didn't have one...

I know that red bull withdrawal rage feeling well Mel lol

thanks Leesh will try it. I switched to guarana powder, but it tastes terrible and doesn't mix

The guy at the supp store knows me by name, I walk in oh hey Mel the usual or something different? So do the ladies at Lorna Jane *tuggs collar*

Yeah... It's more epic than epic rage time... I had two weeks off work that my boss paid me for because he was so concerned (was on top of my usual sick and holidays)... Good move, still don't sleep tho but live off more than mars bars and red bull and weigh more than 54kg... Good old days where I went out most week nights before Zane calmed me down (yes, this is calm!)

You can never have too much Lorna Jane

Try telling Zane this... Mind you he doesn't stop me he just doens't think I need as much as I want... I turned down a further discount on a sale item if I wanted to keep browsing and he was so proud of me, still cost me $250 thank god for 30% off and then a voucher from the boss bringing that price down...

Lorna Jane well la di da :P I just go with yulla habbi addidas (matches my pts philosophy, namely: Get it done) lol

Redbull rage prior to workout is good. working while swimming up to my eyeballs in the stuff, left me more jittery than a recovering speed addict lol

    • Latest round of updates on the car. I purchased and installed a SWS clutch slipper to help with 60ft times and got some second-hand good condition 275/40R17 Hoosier DR2 radials. Test and tune in November showed the tyres were an upgrade over my over 15 year old mickey Thompson's and I got a 1.8 second 60ft and pb et of 11.71 but even then, that run wasn't great due to rain and driver error (the event got called off 10 minutes later fast forward to the weekend just gone 25th of Jan and there was finally a break in the weather to let racing happen. The first run the track was slippery and only managed a 12.1@129 Second run the track was better and got a new pb et and mph: 11.54@131   Lith and I then worked out that I installed the previously mentioned clutch slipper incorrectly and its never been working, and I had just been dumping the clutch the entire time, we also noticed it was on street boost and not race boost. So I lined up for a third run with the car turned up in the first two gears, but the passengers side axle objected to clutch dumps and left the chat which stopped my weekend.   so there will be another attempt in the future once I replace the tyres as they rubbed and are stuffed now. but a low 11 should be on the cards.
    • Ceramic coating and heat shielding, you mean?
    • Turbos don't require pulling the motor apart so that's "easier". I would recommend the Nismo R3 turbos instead if you want to do stock twin turbo. It doesn't make as much power as the 2530s but it's only like ~50 whp off the mark and should have better response (ball bearing CHRA, slightly smaller turbo). A local that went with a Garrett G30 and 6boost manifold recently nearly burned his car to the ground after the hood insulator started melting and and burning so if you go single turbo I recommend doing a lot of research and validation work to make sure you don't do the same.
    • New rear lights, filler panel sprayed, cleaned and back together    before, during, after shots 😍
    • 100% is gyprock, I agree. Slip of the keyboard. Haha! I left my indicator bulbs out to save a bit of weight.
