How will narrowband O2's help with e85?

Better off removing closed loop IMO and tuning for a targetted afr at cruise

I dunno, there's a measurement of something then magic happens in the ECU and then car runs better?

They will target 14.7:1, but I don't think e85 has stoich at 14.7.

Yeah but couldn't you adjust that with the nistine anyway? I'm pretty sure you can calibrate for different sensor values

narrow band sensors have a kind of "S" voltage curve though Pete. So the're only really good at knowing if it is 'too rich' 'too lean' or 'good' based on good being 14.7:1. If good for e85 is a different ratio, they're not going to be very useful.

Edit: Just did some quick research, e85 stoich is closer to 9:1. narrowband o2 sensors going to be quite useless.

Fair enough. At least that saves me the effort of finding adapters for these O2 sensors.

You can adjust what o2 voltage is rich and lean in nistune so you could potentially sort it out.
