if your coilovers are worn out then yes. There's a massive difference they will be stiffer and absorb the bumps a LOT bettet

Only worth it on good quality coils though. Think Bilstiens, Ohlins etc.

Don't bother rebuilding coilovers - it's just not worth it as they don't last as long as new ones, and will cost nearly as much to rebuild and refit anyhow. Just buy new ones!
