Anyhoo. Got a really good deal on two complete r33 doors $150. Titan's old car is being reborn. Thinking about getting it painted MNP iii none of the panel colours match atm. Gtr trims to follow. Engine is a disaster though. Needed an overbore and new pistons. Even on the cheap that wasn't cheap

Both. ATO give just as much loving as OSR down here. CGT for one Land tax for the other. Should privatise both of those departments and call them...let's say... Macquarie Bank lol
Bahamas Tim?

sounds sweet. Build thread perhaps?
Can't find picture online. There used to be an M3 BMW with plates ONDOLE. The owner actually was on the dole and had no job (pedalling pills doesn't count).

I knew him. He was around ages ago. He's in gaol now - pretty sure.

    • Why would you ever need to "hard change down" from 5th to 4th? Any time you're in 5th and need serious accel, you're looking to go down to 3rd or maybe even 2nd, anyway. Just treat your 30 year old gearbox with some respect.
    • Anyone else have a grinding issue changing from 5th to 4th gear. I have no issues 3rd to 4th and 4th to 5th. But the car seems to grind a little when I do 5th to 4th …    is this a common issue? Had it from the last owner. Bit annoying as I can’t hard shift down. Feels like I have to push a little to the left to get it smoother into gear.    thanks
    • I would, especially if the car has had a few start ups or short trips to move it around  But then I'm anal as fark about oil changes, as oil is cheap, and servicing is fun.....
    • These are still here, but, when I sell the SS they will go with it if not sold prior
    • As someone who has had a car sitting for a year... would you change *that* oil? It's still sitting in a container, right? If oil is fine in a shelf, is it not fine in a sump? I assume this is something specific to the oil being *unused* (i.e on shelf)
