is it because too close to hilux or that they are made in thailand?

looks like a hilux dad rooted a 120 series prado mum and had a ugly as f**k kid.

Actually I have spent a few hours in one of these in phillippines I was quite impressed, seven seated, good leg room , rear air con just like forerunner we used to have here, I wouldn't mind one either
