Rear Seat Belt That Locks For A Bnr32

I am not sure if there is a r32 rear seat belt that locks when you pull it all out, reason being is that from time to time I have to put a car seat and it does not lock....

Last thing I want is a flailing car seat inside the car

Nissan do not make them any longer here in Japan , so I have to sourced used parts yet I am not sure if there is one that will work for my need.
