C34 Factory Cruise Control

Was this an option? If so who's got it, where are the buttons etc.

I think it was an option....as I have a days edition with a momo steering wheel looks like mine is meant to be on the back of the steering wheel as there is a blank plate there

Never an option on the Stagea. I am working with @Chris Rogers on a cruise setup that uses OEM Nissan cruise parts from other models.

Commander AP500 is a good unit.

lol indeed I have, and am very happy with it. electronic (not vacuum) and runs off an additional stalk (very easy to use). Also has 2 memories so you can set it to common speeds easily eg 90 and 110.

BTW I've never seen factory cruise on an r33 or a c34, but both clearly had a relief on the plenum casting for a second throttle....so it's not impossible they exist.

on the R33 it is listed as an option. C34 I am going to adapt a A33 maxima to it.

there will be an old post about this when we were all getting our stageas a few years ago - quite a few of us put after makrket rostra units in as they are easy to install and don't need any wiring on the steering shaft as the 'remote' just sticks to it (indeed, you can give it to the kids in the back and they can slow or speed up the car, my 2 yo at the time enjoyed doing that.. :-) )
