Might sound silly but just after some opinions..

I have a Dedicated LPG AU falcon ute which is just a daily driver ( shitbox really), and ive always had issues with pinging. Ive had the car looked at and the LPG system is working fine, runs a bit rich and the converter is the proper Ford converter and replaced last year.

The 2 suggested options are to replace the knock sensor which I have, and replace the computer which would be next. However I was thinking today, maybe I could take advantage of all this compression and timing the motor has and fit a water/methanol kit. The pinging is pretty bad, I can hear it lightly on 2000rpm and by 2500rpm its loud which funny enough the LPG technician says is fine in short bursts.

so is this a good idea and how could I make it run? off the TPS or other?

Thinking I could always reuse on another vehicle in the future anyway..

Might be time to stick it on a dyno?

cars too cheap to waste money with dyno's, the mixtures were checked while driving it and were a bit rich

Mite be time to light it on fire........ Sorry had to

haha, Jessie james style in the desert, that could be entertaining.. or find cliff to launch it off

Might be time to stick it on a dyno?

don't think its worth the money to pay for dyno use

Mite be time to light it on fire........ Sorry had to

LOL, like Jessie james style or launch it off a cliff .. probably wouldn't even explode the prick it is..
