Im doing a bit of tinkering on my car over the long weeknd, and would appreciate some feedback based on the experience of others.

If i install a Z32 AFM and am using an Nissan RB20DET ECU what are the chances that it will run ik. Is it fair to assume that with the Z32 AFM the car will be driveable

On paper im thnking it may encourage the engine to run a little leaner as it will be receiving a lower voltage signal for a given airflow meaning that it will inject less fuel.

This combined with the cams and cam gears going in, will the car be driveable, i need to get it about 10kms to the mechanics where the ECU will be remapped.

I may just splice into the wire and leave the old AFM plug there so i can drive it, but then there is the cams, (can leave the cam gears in std position)

get slope gradient in ecu changed as it will run poorly without this modified.hope this is the 'mapping' you are reffering to as changing fuel and ign tables is not enough
