i have for a sale a complete R34 GTR engine/motor. comes complete with all intake side, injectors, plenum, all exhaust side, turbos etc. starter motor, altinator, everything!

Only reason i have taken the motor out is because i bought and built a new motor, head, modified everything, and didn't want my car off the road for months. so i done all the work to another motor then just switched them over.

HISTORY: motor came out of the car with 92000kms on the clock. is factory except for HKS cam gears. has been running 15psi by previous owner and me. no service history, and i have not done the major service either, as i planned to heavily modify. ran fine in the car, pulled hard. and is unopened.

Wreckers ask 7 grand for a complete r34 motor, (the rare occasion when they pop up for sale). (can confirm its a 34 motor from the engine number) so $4400 is reasonable. PRICE is negotiable, and i have other GTR parts you may want, and we can negotiate in the price.

Im not interested in posting, as i would like the buyer to inspect in person first before making purchase. (plus dont really have the time to organise freight for something so big and heavy)

      What blows me away, is watching some of the US guys, like Tony Angelo at Stay Tuned. LS1, buys a set of heads for $1200, drops a mild cam in, pulls all the electrics, drops a basic inlet manifold with a carb, MSD thing for spark, and roll it out to make 550hp.

      God I love shiny engine parts 🥰 Are you looking for more horsetorques in the mid range? (Smaller cam) Or just more horsetorques every where? (Big heads and bigger revs) Assumption: they were not bought late night shopping on the interwebs after drinking too many beers, which is typically how I pull pins on things......🤣 The evolution of your car is coming along nicely, I sometimes wish I didn't get bored with my cars and keep flipping them, maybe the MX5 will be different

      I got the hazards working! Turned out it was disconnected! Indicator stock still isn’t working. I took the steering shroud off and there seems to be a third connection missing I see two small white connectors but they don’t fit the indicator switch unless they need a short lead to convert the connector type.       All of your suspension bushes/bolts etc, should also only ever be tightened when the car is sitting with full weight too.   IE, jack it back up, shove a heap of stuff down so you can lower the wheels onto so the car is "on the ground" but you have room to get under it.   It's why when properly done, you should be able to remove the shock and spring, but the arms won't go to 100% droop. If you don't do the above, you'll destroy your bushes.
