Found that the Boost guage had been tapped into the Carbon canistor line (thx pimpspec) ... moved it to the Blow Off vacuum line - now reads accurately - 500mmHg, and hits .5bar boost - instead of .3bar :D now all I gotta do is work out why when I brake hard, it stalls :D
