Until we know what was "Theft Damaged"... for all we know it could have been limiter bashed for an hour straight until the head melted and the big end went bell ended...

Wonder how much they go for at the auction normally?

as i said. 1-3k would be a bargain. 5 k for 2nd hand engine. sell for 10 profit.

but hell we have no idea whats wrong or what it will go for.

I reckon $20 for a stolen and recovered 89 spec GMG GTR. Not a cent more.

I always browse pickles, noticed it was a gtr if it was here I'd have a look.

one in Canberra of similar state went for $6k at Pickles. But we believe it had some goodies or was just over bid.

i spoke to pickles they said it was stolen and started with a screw driver, engine idles rough as they said and around 3k rpm had a big knock and gets more as u rev and runs ruff.. bottom end gone by the sound of it. they expect 6.5-7k for it... hrmm

6-7k is still pretty decent. A good roller goes for that and you get all the other bits and pieces. Still a good buy.

ive bought heaps of cars from pickles every sports cari got i lost money on .. everyone specially "kids" bid way too high on them...
