R32 4 Door Auto Neutral Switch Problems

ok ive got my hand on one of my old cars again but im dead certain that the neutral switch is stuffed

it a r32 gtst 4 door but it is auto and staying auto this is not a conversion problem!

ok reason i beleave it the switch thats causing me grief is that

1: cant get damn ket out the ignition with out flick red lever

2: car is laggy as and feels like its over fuelling

3: hicas is flicking on and off (at first thought it was the pump but dont know now)

4: runs like absolute arse on idle ( i mean like it stalls on queue

ok never worked on auto skylines this was my missus old car i bought for her years ago so i just want to know where this damn switch is (if you think thats my problem that is)

and how can i fix this

It's part of the selector. Get the console out. All the wiring is clearly visible.
