Does anyone have any ideas how to get hold of my original auction papers from japan or import documents , mine have been long lost with the cars 1st owner , I wanna see kms in Japan and other assorted things

Not sure if it's possible to get them, might need the original owner (aus) to get them for you as it'll be under their name and they would have to ask the importer/broker or the compliance shop
That is if they still have them on record

Testing my memory a bit but somewhere around 2006-7.

Iron Chef should be about right. You will get Odometer Readings from before 2006-2007 but you car would have to be exported after that period. That being said though, I have done an R32 GTR and a 300ZX and a 180sx imported in the early 2000's which did return odometer readings from 2001. So it is a unexplainable situation.

Wouldnt DOTARS have a record of the km listed on the original approval which would have been prior to import?
