Automatic 'pop up' spolier R33

Im refering to the little lip that pops down when an R33 reaches a certain speed.

Anyone know if this can be lowered manualy? if so were is the switch?

On my old r33 the switch was to the left of the steering wheel. u had 2 options

up as in always up

down as in its down when ur stationary just to clean it

or just leave the switch in the middle and it pops down after 70kmh (i think) and goes up at 50kmh and under - or the other way round

Yeh mine is set on auto now. But there is no swicth anywhere in my car.
